No. CICDoo (formerly Odoobot) is an independent, standalone SaaS solution and has no official affiliation or endorsement from Odoo S.A. All Odoo trademarks and logos remain the property of Odoo S.A.

Which Odoo versions are supported?

CICDoo has widespread compatibility with Odoo Community and Enterprise editions, supporting major and minor versions 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and above.

What infrastructure can I use? On‑prem, home lab, or cloud?

CICDoo is cloud‑agnostic. You bring your own servers—AWS, Google, Hetzner, DigitalOcean, or a private home-lab. 
Deep integration with dynamic DNS providers (e.g. No‑IP, Cloudflare, ChangeIP) means CICDoo detects IP changes and triggers deployments automatically.

What are “projects,” “servers,” and “instances”?

Each CICDoo project connects to a Git repository and is tied to a domain (or DDNS). 
You can link up to 3 servers per project, and each server can host multiple environments (dev, staging, prod). 
CICDoo handles builds, backups, SSL, and domain routing—all automated.

What support level can I expect?

Learning and Ready plans include email support (8×5 business hours Next Business Day) 

Silver and Gold tiers add live chat support with extended business hours coverage 

All support is project-specific and responds within business hours during weekdays.

How are backups handled? Can I restore or migrate them?

CICDoo runs daily or customizable scheduled backups of both your Odoo instance and database. 

These are automatically stored in S3 with no download fees. 

Backups can be pulled manually to configure disaster recovery or to migrate between servers/projects.

What if I exceed the limits of my plan?

Beyond allowed projects or servers, you can pay a small per-project fee (as listed in the pricing plan). 

You can also upgrade your plan at any time—no long-term contracts and no lock-in. 

CICDoo gives full ownership of data and control over your infrastructure.

How secure is CICDoo? Can I filter traffic or block IPs?

CICDoo was built with security in mind: 

All deployments include HTTPS via Let's Encrypt 
Optional firewall-level IP filtering to block or whitelist access network-wide 
Application-level access rules can be enforced via reverse proxy for tenant-aware access 
It also identifies and rate-limits brute-force traffic.
